Bad Day at the Park
You know you are having a bad day when you exit the park after a day of exercise and your bike comes out looking twisted like the pic above. I am just glad the blood was removed before the pic was taken.

I wiped out not to long ago.
My boys were riding their bikes and helped their old man up. :-)
